We've never put together an official one, we haven't had to deal with too much BS yet. I would say if there's major vandalism, block for a day. If it continues, then block for two days, a week, two weeks, then a month. If it gets to that point, we'll discuss it then. We want to stop vandalism, but give people a chance to change
OK, so I'm going through the previous Let's Plays and seeing about creating pages for the Gym Leaders' signature Pokémon, but I'm having a bit of a problem now that I've gotten past Surge; half of the remaining Gym Leaders don't have just one signature Pokémon that I can pin down.
In FireRed, Erika's two strongest Pokémon are Victreebel and Vileplume, but in Crystal, it's Victreebel and Bellossom. We could just say that Victreebel is her signature Pokémon, but I think the anime made it clear that Gloom is her signature Pokémon, so I don't know where to go there.
Koga is even worse; his FireRed team had two Koffing, a Muk, and a Weezing that was his strongest Pokémon. Crystal showed him with Muk and no members of the Koffing family, and his strongest Pokémon was Crobat. In the anime, Koga had no signature Pokémon; the ones we saw him using were a Venomoth and a Golbat.
Blaine used the Ponyta and Growlithe families in FireRed, Arcanine being his strongest, and Magcargo, Magmar, and Rapidash in Crystal, with Rapidash being his strongest. The anime shows his signature Pokémon as Magmar.
Giovanni is the least concerning; his strongest Pokémon goes from Kangaskhan to Nidoqueen to Rhyhorn, but he has Rhyhorn all three times you fight him. I only bring him up as a concern because he has two Rhyhorn at the Gym and I'm not sure that the stronger one is the one from the last three times.
I would disregard the anime for the sake of this. I would say to use the highest level pokemon on their team as the signature pokemon. If there's an inconsistency between FR and Crystal, I think we should just bite the bullet and make two articles.
