The line is what Chuggaaconroy says when Teddy is incapacitated by his ability, Truant. Truant's description in Emerald is "Moves only every two turns."
Trivia[]
- As Slakoth and Slaking, this running gag is possible. Vigoroth doesn't have the ability Truant, the only one of the line who doesn't have it.
- It can partly be assumed that Vigoroth doesn't have 'slack' in its name and the fact that Vigoroth is highly energetic, which might be why Vigoroth lacks the Truant ability.
